Description : Charley was on a care lease/ purchase contract and person the contract was with did not pay for Charley. I found him up for sale on a facebook page and commented that you can not sell a horse that is not yours to sell. Things snowballed from there. I have a written care lease/ purchase signed by this person on June 28th. I live in Montana and this is in Washington, had people willing to go pick him up the barn made comment that I tricked her into picking up my horse and need to pay the person money to get him back. I told the barn I can show proof of contract and they didn't want to see it and they then told me that he was gone, no longer there.
