Description : Ticky was taken to a farm in Virginia for training for racing. The person I took Ticky to had been dishonest regarding training Ticky and we contacted another trainer to get validation of the dishonesty. We requested the return of this horse as the trainer stated she no longer wished to train, but will not disclose his location. The last photo we received of him, he was at Monmouth Park in NJ,This trainer is currently racing at Philadelphia Park. She has a farms in VA and alleges to have stalls in the Atlantic City area in NJ. We have notified the PD in that area as well as racing officials. We paid the trainer through January 31,2012. We could not pursue anything until payment expired.
