Description: Please share this to help us bring Moon home! She was saved from a kill pen and injured herself 3 days after arriving at her new home. Due to the severity of her head injury and us not being able to get a vet out since we were not established yet the ‘rescue’ we used for quarantine offered to come pick her up and take her back to help heal this head wound under their vet. She has been in the care of this rescue, which was a presumed non- profit. We did not know that the non-profit title was no longer valid. She’s been their care since June 2021 and was supposed to be receiving medical care for a head wound, which is why she was there. There is no proof of any vet care. We’ve not received any photos or proof of life from where she is supposed to be. We didn’t realize there was anything wrong until we attempted to arrange transport back home. Pick up has been attempted multiple times and property owner still maintains that she’s on sight but we’ve yet to see her. We’re creating this listing and sharing flyers in hopes to locate her. Please share, share and share some more. This is such a small world let’s hope someone has seen Moon!

She would have a scar on her forehead possibly under her forelock from the head injury. I am adding photos of this injury for scar identification as well as her pastern marking.
