The following is a copy of the probable cause affidavit in Stolen Horse Case number NR001496, five rodeo horses stolen from Southern Arkansas University on November 2, 2011. Jaci Rae Jackson, who turned 19 on December 6, was arrested on Monday December 5, 2011 during a traffic stop in connection with the theft. She list her addresses in Buckner, Ark., and Broken Bow, Okla.

According to Rate My Horse Pro, Mickie Lynn Carter and Charles Tramble were both picked up on warrants and are being charged for knowingly concealing stolen property, which is a felony. Jackson’s Mom, Wendie Cox is Carter’s cousin. Cox told Carter that “there was a horse trailer at her [Carter's] house and that it was full of tack and she could help herself to it” according to court documents.
