Per owner 5/14/2012 - We believe he is no longer in the preserve, but maybe in someone's back yard, or someone is trying to sell him.
Please look for this horse at auctions, online classifieds, etc. The person who has him might have tried to find the owner to no avail, depending on where the horse was "found" if this is the case. The found horse might have been reported to local agencies, but they aren't in contact with neighboring agencies for whatever reason.
