how where found: On side of road near a state road
city/county found: Carroll/Howard County, Indiana
how found details: This miniature horse was found with a mule wandering on our road. It was near a state road. Called local sheriff he said that there was nothing he could do, other people went to various farms that had horses and mules to see if they by chance got out and they did not come from any other their farms in our area. Had been wandering at least been on our road for about 4 hours maybe even longer.
