how where found: across our easement on empty property. We saw a horse trailer leave at 630 PM it was pitch dark out. Noticed two horses staked to the ground in the middle of the property, no shelter/food. Called SPCA and horse were fed yesterday once, that was Monday but horses are now loose on property. The guy told SPCA they were given to him that was when she called him on Saturday. Monday he told them he got one horse two weeks ago and the other a week ago.

weight: bay maybe 10 to 11 hundred. TB tall but slightly thin
