On Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Case # 200903009437, the found Dunn horse has been claimed by its owner. A court hearing was held in Jefferson County District Court, Civil Division, on Friday 04/10/2009, Judge Jack Lowther presiding. The owner had been looking for his horse for several days before being directed to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. The proper evidence was produced to prove his claim. The horse is now back home with the owner.
