Silver Pattern (Annie) is missing  FOUND DECEMBER 2004

December 2004: I received a call from Laura.  She has found Annie at a horse show at Harmon Field in Tryon.   Legal action is in the progress.  Annie was living in Greenville County, SC

Update 3-22-05:  I have located Annie and
the person who has her refuses to return her. We went through Summary Court, where I won. She was to be returned to me. Of course, the person who has her appealed, so we went again, and in that hearing, it was determined that because her value was too high, the whole case would be dismissed without prejudice, and we would have to file with in a higher court. At this point, we are financially unable to hire an attorney and do that, so as much as I hate it, that will probably be the end of it. We have tried everything, and at this point it is out of our hands.

Thank you so much for your assistance and for this wonderful website. We are still looking for Sally and Butterscotch.

how stolen: I traded Annie for financial reasons for another horse that Robin represented as more "sellable", 13 years old, and 100% sound with the vet report and x-rays to prove it, and he is, in fact 16 years old and not sound to compete. I raised Annie from a foal and trading her was a very difficult decision for me. I made it clear to Robin that in order to let Annie go, I would want to know her new owners and have first refusal if they wanted to sell her. I was assured by Robin that she had all of the contact information for the new owners and they were anxious to keep in touch with me. This was another one of her manipulative lies.
