identifiable_characteristics: Missing from a trainer’s barn, a 3-year-old Arabian gelding. Last seen the night of September 19, 2005, up by Hazen Bay. Color is red chestnut or sorrel. He has 4 even high white socks. On the left hind leg he has a white spot a little ways up from the sock. On the right hind leg on the white sock he has a scar on the front part of his leg. He has a large white stripe from forehead down to and including the chin. Noticeable white spot on his right side from lower center of belly going underneath to his sheath. He's registered with Arabian Horse Association and is DNA tested. He is friendly!

how_missing_details: The morning of Sept 20, the trainer went into the barn to feed the horses. Thunder's stall was unlocked and the gate pushed all the way open. His halter was removed and tied around the side panel. Hoof prints went down the driveway, around the corner out of view from the house and then disappeared. No sign of him after that.
