Missing Horse Goes to Grand Jury -- Are they stolen?
"The Collier County Ag Deputy would not take a report, or seize the horses from the people he sold them to, saying it was a civil matter.
Last month, police took a report for Grand Theft and said they were turning it over to the State Atty.
I know where one horse is, on the Reservation in Okeechobee.
The other one, Mag, was sold at the same auction In Okeechobee. They won't tell me who they sold him to.
This is a nightmare. Apparently horse theft is not illegal in Florida."
