Cash is Missing from St. Paul, NC

How would you feel if you bought a horse, paid for him in full
and when you arrived to pick him up you were asked for more money
or you would not get the horse? Cash

need help finding him. The
person involved in his disappearance was last seen with him in

how missing: I bought the horse, paid for him. I have bill of sale and registration papers. Seller asked for more money after point of sale and paper work exchanged to turn over horse.

other notes: I have cancel check, bill of sale and registration papers but no horse. I have contacted law enforcement but have not been able to obtain a case
number. This is most likely a civil matter which means I have to find the horse before anything can be done on my behalf by law enforcement.

Jeff. I need your help. These are the steps I have
taken so far.
- Filed a report with magistrate in Robeson County
- Made a flyer and posted them in St. Pauls, NC
- Contacted some of sellers friends. They deny seeing my
horse or of having knowledge of Cash.
- I have driven many miles looking for Cash.
- I have called Detective Gibson many times.
- I have proof of ownership ready to recover Cash.
- There is more but I would rather not give that out
publicly at this time.
