how missing: Had been looking for good homes for some of my personal horses, had even waited 3 years to find a home for Tue. I very clearly stated to anybody that inquired that I would give them to the right person but that I would have first option of taking them back. These horses were not intended to be sold or given away to a third party. I agreed to give them to a person I thought I could trust. She gave us $200 for my daughter's pony, Digger, because she knew my 8-year-old daughter was saving for a saddle. She told my daughter Digger had a forever home and she could come see them whenever she wanted.

I had decided to find homes for these horses because I had so much going on in my personal life between my family (several deaths in a short time period) and volunteer work. Also do the fact that I had so many things going on in my personal life, the person I thought I could trust, made a verbal agreement with me on the matter that these horses were only to come back to me should she not be able or not want to care for them any longer. I last saw my horses in August and then I found out Sept. 15 that she had sold them.

This person knew she only had to pick up the phone and call, and I would have taken them back in a heartbeat and paid her the money back she gave my daughter. She swears they are in a good home but won't tell me who she sold them to. It is obvious I cannot trust her, so I do not believe anything she says.

Ironically, Tue was stolen as a colt (pictured right) with his dam and listed on NetPosse in Oct. 2002. They were recovered and several years later, Michelle rescued Tue from an abusive owner.
