Ulrich Sweet Sioux has been found and returned to me in large part because of your efforts as the woman who had her saw your fliers and contacted me.
Happy ending in this case … also want to thank all the people who were instrumental
in helping me get her back. It was truly a miracle from a seemingly hopeless situation.
I am lucky that the woman who contacted me was an honest person who willingly gave up the
horse and returned her to me.
Also you had a picture of a horse with a cowboy hat on it. I would love to buy one of
those hats. I know it's not a sale item but do you know who made them and could they be
for sale?
Thank you again for all you did. She was returned today.

P.S. She is currently with a relative in Washington who I had pick her up and I live in Montana and will
be getting her after she gets her Health Certificate, Coggins, and Brand Inspection. I can't really release details as this woman was embarrassed that she was the victim and returned her on condition I not reveal who she was and the circumstances. She would not tell me who she bought the horse
from. She did say she purchased the horse.
NETPOSSE NOTE: This is very common situation where a board barn allegedly sells a horse without following the letter of the law. The purchaser is just another innocent victim. In most cases, the owner cannot simply reclaim a horse as this is a civil situation. However, the purchaser should be commended for being an honest person and doing a good deed in returning the horse.
