how missing: I was in financial difficulties in university and thinking of finding a new home for my mare. I saw an Ad in the Canadian Horse Trader classifieds: "Wanted companion horse for a lonely gelding in kind home with lots of TLC" I replied to the ad and the woman (contact Tina for name) sounded nice. She came out to see Tiffanny and showed up with a trailer to my surprise. She told me all about her little barn and other horse and promised to send me updates and photos. I let her take my horse, I was ignorant and gullible. I never heard from her again, and when I called the phone number I had reached her at in the ad, a man answered and told me they had broken up and she moved out. I asked where the horses had gone and he said he didn't know. He gave me her new number. I called her at the new number and never got her in person. I called a few times and finally one day got a man, and he asked me what I wanted to talk to her about. I told him I just wanted to know how the mare was, and that I'd take her back if she didn't want her. He shouted "the horses went to the glue factory!!" and hung up. I was so upset I couldn't tell if he said that to get me to go away or if it was true.

markings: Red roan with white star stripe and snip. Stripe slightly crooked to the left when facing her head on. RH white coronet and LH white pastern. Had a stable cough and required 24-7 outdoor living.

skills: Tiffanny was a jumper on the Trillium and Future jumper circuit, dressage in the CADORA dressage shows and the occasional horse trial. She's a multi-talented all around horse. At the time I gave her away I was hoping to retire her.
