Flaxen mane and tail, also on the left side of his neck there is a microchip that when scanned will read 443A0F3828. On the right side under his mane about half way down from his head there is a scar from when he had lice and rubbed it open on an electric fence.
how_missing_details: While I was pregnant and on doctors orders to stay in bed my step-father, who was angry that I was pregnant and going to keep my daughter, came to the location that I was boarding him. Told the woman, who was watching the ranch for the owner who was on vacation, that he was taking him to a farrier appointment for me and that he would be back later that same day. He loaded Raleigh into trailer and took him to Placerville, Ca where I later found out that he was traded to a woman to pay back boarding fees for another horse that my step-father owned.

other_notes: Yes, this is considered a civil case. The law enforcement agency that I contacted said that there was nothing that they could do for me. Raleigh was illegally traded to a woman to pay my step-father's outstanding boarding bill. (contact owner for name) has since sold Raleigh under the name Diesel at the Auburn All Western Riding Auction. She will not tell me the date of the sale or to whom Raleigh was sold.
