how missing: Sold our mare to a couple in Blairstown, MO - now residing in Clinton, MO with the verbal understanding that we would be allowed to visit the horse periodically and if they ever sold her that they would contact us and allow us to purchase her back. Contacted buyer on several occasions and she always stated that they were too busy for us to come by and visit the horse. Finally managed to track down their new phone number on 8/5/07 as they moved to another city and found out from the granddaughter whom the horse was supposedly purchased for that they no longer had the mare. Buyer stated to us over the phone that she and her husband had sold the mare to a breeder in Alabama and that she did not know any info about the breeder, name, location, time frame sold, etc. and could not help us.
