how missing: I am looking for my children’s pony, Mystic, who was taken in 2004 by someone we thought we could trust, we had known him since 2000. In 2003 this man – at that time he lived in Bay Shore, NY (contact owner for name) – was using my children’s pony, Mystic, for pony parties. He used my trailer to transport the pony to the parties and we didn't have any problem for the whole summer, until he drove up saying he was going to a party and never brought the pony back in Jan 2004. He has allegedly stolen my trailer and pony. I tried to file a police report, but they stated that since he had my permission to use the items it was not theft. I ran into the man after that, and had him sign a paper saying he would either return the trailer and pony or he would have to agree to pay me $3000 for them. Well, shortly after that I found out he took off to Texas. I recently found out he is back in NY, and I sent him a cease and desist letter, to no avail. If anyone in the Suffolk County area has seen this man (6'4", Italian male, brown hair, hazel eyes, 38 years old, has lymphodema in both lower legs, and last known to be driving a silver Hyundai Sonata) and is working as a cab driver, or my pony or trailer please contact me. I have filed a complaint against him with my local police department, and have a date in small claims court, but I really need to know what happened to Mystic, he is the priority here, not the money! I am taking him to court out of principle, but my children’s hearts break everyday not knowing what happened to their Mystic.

other info: Mystic had a very hard mouth and even an adult riding him would have to really pull back hard, or use a severe bit on him, that's why my friend stopped riding him and I used him for ponying the kids around. He has a lot of patience with kids and was great at pony parties. This man was the second person to use him for that type of event.
