Subject: Owl Creek Monique
This is the photo taken by a neighbor from a public road. The mare reportedly is locked in here all the time, for nearly a year. Photo taken last Thursday (April 10). She is no longer in this shed, and we do not know where she is. Buyer will not answer my phone inquiries or emails.

I was able to speak to a Sheriff's officer in KS and he got a search warrant today for the property where my mare was last seen. She is "out on pasture" according to Buyer, but she would not tell them where. She said Osage County. Not sure if that is true or not … I have asked Buyer to tell me the whereabouts of the mare and where I can have someone pick her up. I have not gotten an answer, thanks for your help. I do not know if she is telling the truth, but I do now know the mare is not on her property.
