Dark Brown TB Mare Missing in Trinity, NC, in Adoption Contract Gone Bad – Aug 2006
New information as of 1/27/08 - Mary was listed for sale on HorseTopia.com in August 2006 under the name "SWEETIE" - we want to locate Mary and be sure she is okay.

how missing: Horse was placed with a woman in Trinity, NC under an adoption agreement stipulating that the horse could never be leased, sold, sent to auction or slaughter and if she could not keep the horse in the future she would have to notify us to have the horse returned. In addition, she is required to send pictures of the horse every 3 months for the first year and then every 6 months thereafter. The pictures the woman sent are not of the right horse and now we don’t know where the horse is. When the property in Trinity was visited the mare was not there. We want to find the horse so we can either get her back or ensure she is okay.
