contact sellerBuyer purchased on payments and has not responded to emails, phone calls, or mail. Seller also has been given a false address for the horses location.
According to police, seller has the correct address of his residence, but the phone has been disconnected and he refuses to answer his cell. He has several straight Spanish horses, and he belongs to an Arabian club in Michigan.
Seller is very worried about condition of horses and their whereabouts. If he can’t make his payments how can he afford to properly take care of them? He has been making his payments for a year and last Oct 2006, he stopped and seller has been trying to contact him. He has emailed 2 times stating he was sick.
Seller still has all the registration papers and contract states she can repo them since he has not kept up the insurance on them and kept up the payments.
