Six Horses Missing from Pottstown, PA - Has this happen to you or
a friend?
FOUND … All 6 horses have been found and located. Unfortunately, all of them are sick and may have to be put down. This is a tremendous loss for the owner, and we are so sorry for what he is having to endure. Details to come as available on their recovery and condition. ~ NetPosse (10/31/05)

how missing details: 6 Horses were entrusted in the care of a
couple who moved to Florida after the horses disappeared. They
were thought to be close friends of the family
- While Jon & Paige flew to Ireland for his wife's funeral
services in July 2005 the 6 horses were entrusted to a friend
of the family that supposedly lived in the Poconos. Jon
then called to have the horses transported to Kristi's barn
on August 20, 2005 and the wife informed him on Sunday that
they were killed in an accident and that her husband was in
critical condition in the hospital as result.
- Kristi researched for an accident, which never
happened, and then the wife gave Jon a
bogus address for insurance purposes.
- Turns out the couple had already moved to FL awhile
ago.
- Jon called and the man then denied stealing them and said
that Jon sold the horses to him and that no one told Jon about
any accident happening and that he didn't know what he
was talking about.

other notes from Kristi: Please bear with me for I'm new to the workings of this website and I have NEVER experienced having horses stolen from myself or any of my friends before and I am still reeling in complete shock! Here is a list of the 6 stolen horses from Pottstown PA. I was told that they were moved to a private barn in the Poconos the first week in July 2005 because the owner had a family tragedy. But then it was brought to my attention that the people whom were supposedly caring for them in the
Poconos had actually moved to Orlando FL. Last weekend they were supposed to be brought to my barn in my care and the people said there was an accident that killed 4 of them and left 2 in critical condition. They lied. So now I'm trying to do anything I can to assist my dear friend in obtaining his horses back. He is taking care of issues with the police and I've taken an interest in your website and combing the internet for horses for sale etc.
Any suggestions would be helpful, so please feel free. I have compiled a basic description for each horse that was stolen and each of these horses were used for Eventing Competitions.
