Mary called today at to let us know that ALL THREE horses were safely home!
A neighbor told her he'd seen horse droppings while out hunting a few days before. After a two-hour hike on foot into the woods, Mary and her husband caught sight of the babies. At first the horses ran, but once they recognized the voices, the yearlings came to them. Fortunately, they were in an area with grass and water so they are all healthy.
