how missing: Last time known to be seen in pasture was May 1, 2008, but not 100% sure after that. Gate was not closed in usual manner. Horse vanished leaving no manure on road, drive, etc., and all fences were intact. Gate was hooked in manner nobody here would have hooked it. I truly believe he was taken the night of May 2, 2008. Police were notified 5/3/08 after day long search. Have still been searching, have notified other departments and sent out fliers to neighbors I was unable to talk with personally.
Other horses have been quiet, and if he were in the area, I am sure he and his pasture mate of 14 years would be trying to talk, which again makes me believe he was loaded on a trailer and left during the night. He had no halter on at the time.

other info: Horse has issues with front feet and holds one up or out frequently. He has splint on inside of one that I believe is part of the problem. Does not usually favor it in motion, but on occasion as when feet need trimming is worse. He has been that way as long as I have known him. I originally had him for training and then the owner decided to sell him, so I bought him. Previous owner is friend and has been notified of his theft. Horse was at one time taken and sold by a less than reputable trainer who later went to prison, but may now be out. Her activities were picked up by the ASHA ... Papers are @ the association as I have not had the money to get them since new ones were issued to him in my name.
