Two Morgans, Slinky (chestnut stallion), and Adonis (bay gelding), Allegedly Sold by Husband Despite Court Order - Newberry, SC, June 8, 2009
Horses were advertised on Equine.com by REGISTERED OWNER's soon-to-be ex-husband through a SC Broker (female). Registered owner was informed of sale ads and contacted broker. She explained to Broker horses were marital property not to be sold pending final divorce.
BROKER TOOK POSSESSION OF BOTH HORSES on or about June 7, 2008, AND AS OF JUNE 8, ADMITTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT STALLION WAS GELDED.
BROKER ALLEGES HORSES HAVE BEEN PURCHASED BY A MAN IN TENNESSEE AND SHE HAS RECEIVED MONEY.
* NetPosse has a copy of the Pendente Lite Order and Incident Report on file to support the allegations.
