other info: Horse was seen on 145th Ave., Manchester, Iowa 52057. This mare was being sold under contract. Nothing has been paid on the contract. The buyer’s girlfriend filed police report on Oct. 9, 2006. Investigating officer has reason to believe that her boyfriend, the purchaser of the horse, is responsible for horse's disappearance, and horse is considered stolen.
