Indications were that he was taken around midnight ... tire tracks to the paddock & the other mini who is afraid of people (an abused rescue) was here making all kinds of racket. The next morning a neighbor came over and told us someone had found him about a half mile away. When we got there he was tied to a tree with a dog chain. The lady found him standing in her front yard. Later a neighbor found out some boys had taken him. They thought it would be fun to take the little guy and thought it was cool that he jumped right into the back of their pickup truck. From the story I got two guys sat in the back with my little Flash and they drove around showing their friends. They were lucky he didn't jump out while they were driving him around! For us it was a happy ending but it could have been a nightmare. I promised I would not prosecute in exchange for some red faced apologies and some fence building this summer.
