how missing: 2 Miniature Mares taken from my paddock March 12, 2007. I arrived home to find the mares gone. One mare had foaled earlier that day....they left the foal (the hours old foal died) and took the mares. Two other horses (1 in foal due this summer) were in the same paddock and they were not touched...just the mini mares. Led out of the paddock (the minis halters and lead ropes were not taken) through the yard and out the front gate. Hoof prints went down the dirt road about 500ft and disappeared.
