2005 Equine Affaire: I am so thankful that
I have the opportunity to be a part of the Ohio Equine
Affaire. This is truly one event you should not miss!
Each year I meet more people behind the email addresses, more
victims who are searching and more people who post those
flyers. There are always people who stop by who didn't know
about SHI when their horse was stolen. There are those who
are still searching like Juanita, Mason and Frost. Dianne
Sheppard was responsible for taking the horse that Debra Yost
donated to Skye in NY, after her horse was stolen and taken
to slaughter. Most of you do not know that Dianne and her
son had a wreck on the way home. Both were badly injured and the
truck and trailer were totaled. I was honored to meet Diane
who was walking with assistance at the event.
2003 Equine Affaire: Our experience at the Ohio Equine Affaire was second to
none. We met the victims of the Ohio Four for the first time
which is an experience we will never forget. So many
NetPosse members came by to chat at our booth and it was so nice
to put faces with names. Our session had wonderful
attendance and I believe we could have talked for two hours.
Thanks to all who came to the session, stopped by the booth and
supported SHI by buying a book.
