Jaci Jackson Faces Trial in Alleged Horse Theft

jacijackson.jpgThursday, March 01, 2012 - A trial date has been scheduled in the case of alleged horse thief Jaci Rae Jackson. Judge Larry Chandler presided over the brief status hearing in the Arkansas courtroom filled with Jackson's former rodeo team members, former coach, and her family.

Jackson's attorney Michael Lusk says no plea deal has been offered by Columbia County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Butler.

Jackson is charged with three counts of theft of property over $25,000 and three counts of theft of property between $5,000 and $25,000 in Arkansas. Her trial has been scheduled for July 26.
