It seems like there have been numerous storms affecting different parts of the United States over the past several months. Houston, TX is now being affected by flooding resulting in livestock/horses being moved to higher grounds.
Stolen Horse International also known as NetPosse.com wants animal lovers to take precautions to keep their animals/livestock safe before, during, and after the storm. Stolen Horse International does not just help when a horse is lost/missing/stolen, we also provide free report filing for animals/livestock (horses, dogs, etc…) that are lost/found as a result of a Disaster. Below are some tips to follow during a disaster:
If your pets, horses or livestock are not microchipped, please consider doing the following things:
Go to netposse.com -->File a Report-->Disaster-->Fill in the form as completely as possible. Our new website is MOBILE FRIENDLY so cellphones will work. Owners and rescues will find this service very helpful.
To Search for an animal, look under Search Reports.
Don't forget to go to our store to purchase Microchips and Farm Tags! Prepare ahead for anything that may happen.
Please contact us if you have any questions or if we can be of any assistance to you!
Thanks, Pam Miller
