Stolen Horse International aka NetPosse.com continues to work to bring home the horses that have been stolen in Texas. In the last 90 days, 21 horses have been stolen. Of these 21 horses, 10 have been recovered. Thanks to SouthWest Horse Trader, we are able to join forces in the search for these horses and to actively work to try to get these horses home.

These horses were taken for people just like you and me. These horses are family to the victims and had close bonds with their owners. All of the owners are devastated over their horses being stolen.

These horses have been stolen from boarding barns, back pastures, paddocks at the barn, pipe fences, board fences, etc. Many of these horses that have been stolen are not pasture ornaments, they were horses that were being used.

The article recently written by Roberta Johnston and published by SouthWest Horse Trade provides numerous tips to horse owners on how to protect your horses. Ms. Johnston did a wonderful job providing information on the horses which are missing in Texas and listed through NetPosse. You can find this article on pages 12, 13 and 17 of the SouthWest Horse Trader March Edition. The link to the article is: http://content.yudu.com/Library/A3yyd3/SouthWestHorseTrader/resources/index.htm?referrerUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.swhorsetrader.com%2F

Our founder, Debi Metcalfe, has worked vigently for years to bring awareness to horses being stolen. Debi along with the many volunteers with Stolen Horse International aka NetPosse.com has worked very hard to help to bring horses home. We encourage you to read the article by SouthWest Horse Trader and show your support to them on their FaceBook page for helping us to help bring these horses home. Please visit their page at https://www.facebook.com/SouthWestHorseTrader/.

Please visit each of the reported horses pages on www.netposse.com and share their flyers everywhere. You will find each horses webpage with information and a printable flyer in his NetPosse.com listing, which is where any updates or leads will be posted. People interested in helping can search for report number NR003783, NR003770, NR003778, NR003817, NR003825, NR003847.

"Circulating the flyers and the NetPosse.com Alerts nationwide is imperative, as the horse could be anywhere by now. These flyers are one tool that brings home many horses and must be posted in as many public places as possible,” says Debi Metcalfe, founder of Stolen Horse International. “And remember, not everyone has internet access. Please post the flyers in public places as well.”

Pictures, flyer, contact information, updates and other information are on the NetPosse webpage to identify these cases quickly when calling in a tip. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police department listed on the reports, the owner or Stolen Horse International with information.
