Ziva, right of first refusal agreement ignored
Ziva, a grey Thoroughbred mare went missing in North Potomac, Md.
The aging and chronically lame mare was allegedly transported to auction despite an agreement that her previous lessors would be given right of first refusal to buy her if the stable no longer wanted her.
