Please help find and bring Mic home!

03 March 2014

micAshleigh.jpgHe was taken from our barn on March 3, 2014, around 9:30 or 10 a.m. After spending all day looking for him we contacted the authorities and they found it to be a stolen horse issue.  This horse came to me and my granddaughter from some wonderful people.  He was raised along with another horse named sassy that came with him to our farm.

Mic and Sassy filled a large void for our family after my granddaughter lost her own APHA horse due to heaves and was heartbroken.  It will of course never be the same as her first horse but they share a large part of her heart.

Mic also has problems with coughing and should be on his meds and will be up for a new Coggins so please just return Mic.

It’s not about money! It’s about the love of a horse and a girl that loves him. So do I.  We are all devastated and will continue to look all over for him.

If someone could also send emails out to all the vets it may help find him. I have no clue why someone would do this. His pasture mate Sassy even colicked last night and is also grieving for him.

I know he is just a horse to some but he is more than that to us he is family.

 Thank you,

Darlene Harsey and Ashleigh Lewis
