SHI is an all volunteer nonprofit organization powered by NetPosse Volunteers.
If you were to print 25 color flyers the cost of printing alone would average approximately $25. SHI does a great deal of work for you and distributes your information to thousands. PLEASE READ: You can list Multiple Tack and One Trailer on this report for one price. Additional reports and fees will have to be paid if you have more than two trailers to report. In order to pay only one fee for both, you MUST complete information for EACH ONE on THIS report. Any items (tack or trailers) added to report after submission will be processed for an additional fee. Also, each OWNER must fill in a separate report even if only one incident.

All items in RED are REQUIRED. Form will not be accepted otherwise. If it does not apply (for example, if there is no reward offered), enter NA. Be advised that failure to provide critical information will delay the processing of the report or it may be rejected so fill in every item possible.

After submitting form and payment, send photos in jpeg format (Word, WordPerfect, and similar documents are NOT acceptable. We cannot use embedded images. Pictures should be 300 dpi (if possible) and one PER item. Collages are NOT acceptable! We can do color corrections and limited cropping, but we will not extract one image from that with multiple items. Email pictures to: akirby@netposse.comand netposse@aol.com when filing report. Reports will not be processed without images if you state that you have pictures to send. You may mail copies of pictures to: SHI, PO Box 1341, Shelby, NC 28151. Any pictures submitted to SHI can be used on the website and in publications by and related to SHI without notification.  I also certify the above  information to be true.

*SHI Policy on Recovering Reward Offers 
SHI does not accept or disseminate recovery reward offers without a commitment from the owner of the missing tack/trailer (“Owner”) that the offered reward is genuine, and will be paid as represented upon recovery of the tack/trailer. Accordingly, the submission of a recovery reward offer to SHI by an Owner constitutes acceptance of, and agreement to, all of the following terms: 

1. Owner represents that he or she is financially able to pay the offered reward. 

2. The recovery reward offer constitutes an offer to contract which can be accepted by the actions of those undertaking efforts to cause the recovery of the tack/trailer. 

3. The reward will be paid in full within 15 days of recovery of the tack/trailer, to the individual(s) and/or organization(s) specifically including SHI whose action(s) resulted in the recovery. 

4. Any dispute over entitlement to or payment of the reward or any portion of the reward will be resolved through a civil action in the Superior Court of Cleveland County, North Carolina, which shall have sole jurisdiction over all such disputes.

5. If a reward is posted on the site, on a flyer made by SHI or owner, in any  public forum or any format and a tack/trailer is found, Stolen Horse International can claim 25% or more of the money for a service fee for services rendered on  your behalf.
