We need all shipped items in the office IMMEDIATELY, so that we will have time to upload the items around Thanksgiving and ship before Christmas. These will need to be in the office by Nov. 25, to be in the auction when it begins. We will adding items for at least a week after the auction begins.

If that's not possible, we can add the item as soon as it received, but we cannot guarantee it will be in this auction if not received by Dec. 4 (items need to be shipped by Dec. 1, 2009 to the office). This is so we can do our best to ship items in time for Christmas.

We do encourage donors to ship themselves as shipping is very time consuming process for the Metcalfes to do in such a short time period. However, if there is a possibility you or your company will not be able to ship (we understand this is a busy time of year), please be sure to send it to SHI, as SHI will be the one receiving any negative feedback if there is an issue.

Once an item has been committed to this auction, it cannot be resold or donated to another organization before, after or during this NetPosse auction without express, written permission from Debi Metcalfe. Any item not sold in this auction and in SHI's possession remains the property of SHI to use at a later date. Any items not sold and being held by donator, cannot be sold outside of this auction for a period of 30 days. If someone is interested in the item, they need to bid on it in this auction.
